I placed an order online – why haven't I received my email confirmation?
You should have received your first confirmation email after placing your order – this signifies we have received your order and We are working to get your extensions processed.
If you don’t see this email in your inbox, please double check your junk mail and spam filters to ensure you are receiving updates.
When will my order be packed and shipped?
You will receive a second email confirmation once your order has been packed. Due to the high volume of online orders, we are experiencing delays with packing orders.
Where do I find my tracking number?
Once your order has been sent for delivery, you will receive your confirmation email with a Canada Post tracking number. Be advised that Canada Post is also experiencing significant delays with providing tracking codes to our customers, but be assured that it will come!
